Windows CE 5.0 is an operating system from the 90's. This machine is extremely slow and locks up when surfing the web. Windows CE will not let you download any others browsers or any other programs for that matter, so you are stuck with a striped down version of internet explorer. Forget about downloading any plug-ins need to view various web pages. Its wireless speed reminds me of the dial-up internet days. The media player will only play wav files, no streaming music. It comes with Microsoft image viewer, word pad, PowerPoint, spredExcel and other simple programs. The computer keyboard and screen seems to be built satisfactory. In the 90's I owned a Windows CE dial-up internet capable machine with a back-lit screen which I used as a door stop. Windows CE makes this computer a complete looser.
